In Marbella, many agencies sell or rent properties, but none truly manage them. We’re creating a new level of service: villas, complexes, and premium-class properties under complete 24/7 management. We take care of every detail so you can immediately feel like you’re relaxing, not stressed.

Daily monitoring of the facility's condition

We regularly inspect your property: its exterior, security systems, electricity, plumbing, windows, doors, appliances, pool, and garden. You'll always be confident that your home is in good condition—even while you're outside of Spain.

Organization of service and technical maintenance

We work only with trusted specialists. We organize cleaning, laundry, gardening, pool maintenance, and ventilation. All work is performed according to schedule or upon request—high-quality and without your intervention.

Interaction with contractors and services

We handle all communications with repair crews, suppliers, and security. We monitor deadlines, quality, and budget. You won't have to worry about routine work—we'll take care of everything.

Administrative support

Paying utility bills, monitoring contract deadlines, reminding you of important dates, and organizing necessary services. Assistance with insurance and municipal inquiries, if needed.

Housekeeping while you're away

If you don't live in Spain permanently, we'll provide complete home maintenance in your absence. We'll make regular visits, ventilate the rooms, activate systems, check security, and collect mail. Your home will remain in perfect condition, even when you're away.

Reporting for the owner

You receive comprehensive reports in a convenient format: photos, videos, a list of completed work, current invoices, and a plan for upcoming tasks. Complete transparency and control—you're always up to date on what's happening with your property.

Maintenance and support for owners while living in the house

We ensure your maximum comfort and convenience during your stay. We organize professional cleaning, interior maintenance, grocery shopping, and restaurant and spa reservations.
